Die grossen Laternen beleuchten die dunkle Stadt<\/p><\/div>\n

So lange war die Anreise von Z\u00fcrich nach Basel nicht, aber sehr, sehr fr\u00fch. Die erste Herausforderung war geschafft, als wir um Punkt 2 Uhr in der Nacht im Taxi sassen, um unseren Extrazug nach Basel zu erreichen. Je ein Thermoskrug Kaffee und Punsch dabei. Die ganze Familie macht sich auf zum Morgenstreich. <\/span><\/p>\n

Der Zeitpunkt dieses Jahr ist ideal: Die \u00e4ltere Tochter hat schulfrei, um den zuk\u00fcnftigen Gymisch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fclern R\u00e4ume und Lehrpersonen zu \u00fcberlassen, die j\u00fcngere Tochter hat einen Jokertag bezogen. Um halb vier Uhr str\u00f6men Scharen von Menschen Richtung Basler Innenstadt. Wir haben von einer Baslerin drei empfohlene Standorte zur Auswahl und landen beim Lichterl\u00f6schen und Start um 4 Uhr doch an einem anderen Ort. Piccolos, Trommeln, Kopflaternen und grosse Leuchtlaternen mit Sujets \u2013 das sind die Zutaten der Cliquen am Basler Morgenstreich. <\/span><\/p>\n

Eindr\u00fccklich ist das Lichtermeer in der dunklen Stadt. Klanglich gehen die Meinungen der ganz und gar unge\u00fcbten Z\u00fcrcher und Luzerner Ohren auseinander. Wir sind immer noch auf der Suche nach \u00abunserem\u00bb Pl\u00e4tzchen und landen nach einer halben Stunde in einer Seitengasse, in der wir zwar viele Cliquen antreffen, aber alle bereits am Pausieren sind. So kurz ist der Morgenstreich? Nach einer Pause unsererseits gehts dann aber nochmals richtig los. Nun finden wir unseren Modus. Wir ziehen einfach mit einer der Cliquen durch die Gassen, bis der Morgen graut. Bei Tagesanbruch befinden wir uns mit den Pendlern bereits wieder auf dem Heimweg. Erst sieben Stunden ist es her, seit die ersten Pfiffe ert\u00f6nten \u2013 und doch ist die Fasnachtswelt f\u00fcr uns schon wieder weit weg.
